Program Note
Ching, a forensic psychiatrist with a special power that can see into people’s subconscious space, discovers that a social worker is compelled by an inner voice to kill his family and commit suicide. Suspecting his former psychiatrist, Ching collaborates with a cop to investigate, which leads to a revelation from her own traumatized past, and casts a doubt over her motivation.

Glenn CHAN
A Television director, director of photography and a writer, Glenn Chan has worked on some notable productions since 2001. He first gained recognition as a director in 2004, since then have been helming a number of well received television series such as Yang Sisters (2006), Fighting Spiders (2009), and the first season of Code of Law (2012). Nearly two decades later, he is offered the opportunity to showcase his talents on the silver screen and marks his directorial debut with feature film Shadows.
