Program Note

A father and son both have the same big birthmark on their butt. Believing that the two birthmarks are connected, the son scrubs his father's birthmark to remove it, but he can't get rid of the mark.

Program Note

A big spot, just like my father had, has appeared on my skin. I hate it, so I try desperately to rub it off, but is my son going to inherit it too? Have we really removed all the spots we wanted to? Despite the short running time, Jeom leaves lingering imagery through its bold cinematic imagination. (JE Jeong-ju)
