A couple hit the road at night after meeting the man’s parents. After an unexpected accident, they wake up in a house full of strange men. As the title suggests with a newly coined term ‘mansplain,’ which means that men try to teach everything to women in a condescending and patronizing manner in a belief that they are better than women, this film is about the story of a woman confronting male chauvinism with massacre. Seen from outside, it falls into a zombie horror genre featuring the escape from male zombies. A simple scene that satirizes a woman confused between maternal instinct and independence and a man thoughtless of gender inequality issue is enough to show its deeper insight into practical problems of gender inequality.
