Synopsis

Once upon a time, on a remote and isolated village in China, the villagers were caught up in everyday conflicts and complicated relationships. One day, a strange man visits this village with a mysterious machine and everything changes.

CHEN Yu-Hsun

Born in 1962, Taipei, he is a renowned commercial director and filmmaker. His first feature Tropical Fish (1995) is both commercially successful and critically acclaimed, awarded the Golden Leopard Prize at 1995 Locarno Film Festival.
