Program Note

Afghanistan 2014. As the troops’ withdrawal approaches, Captain Antarès Bonassieu and his squad have been assigned to a surveillance mission in a remote valley of Wahkan, on the border of Pakistan. On a dark September’s night, soldiers begin to mysteriously disappear in the valley.

Clément COGITORE

Born in 1983,France, Clement Cogitore studied at the École Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs of Strasbourg. His work has been exhibited in numerous galleries including Palais de Tokyo Paris. Cogitore’s first feature, The Wakhan Front was selected at Cannes Critic’s Week and awarded by the Fondation Gan gaining the huge critical acclaims.
