Program Note

John Cleaver is dangerous, and he knows it. He’s obsessed with serial killers, but really doesn’t want to become one. However when a real monster shows up, he has to let his dark side out in order to in order to stop the Killer. But he might be more dangerous than the monster he’s trying to kill.

Billy O’BRIEN

Born in 1970, Billy O’Brien studied at Royal College of Art in London. His films are mainly strange and terrifying horror films. The Tale of the Rat That Wrote (1999) won at BIFAN 2001 for best short film and his third feature, I Am Not A Serial Killer is screening at BIFAN 2016.
