Program Note
Schools are forced to close down resulting from the aging population problem in Hong Kong. Based on a true story of an enthusiastic headmaster (by Miriam Yeung) who stands by her principle and faith to run a kindergarten for 5 underprivileged kids, regardless of the very low pay and difficulties, her sacrifice finally wins respect of public.

Adrian Kwan studied films in Canada. He came back to Hong Kong in 1992 and joined TV industry before taking part in the productions of several films. As a director, Adrian hopes to spread hope and positive core values through his films. Life Is a Miracle, If you care…, The Miracle Box are some of his well-known directorial works.
