Program Note
This film not only tells a captivating story, but one that will make us look at coffee with a whole new, passionate perspective. Ben and Jody are two friends and owner of Filosofi Kopi, a coffee shop known for the best coffee in the country. When a businessman challenges them to make “the perfect cup”, Ben and Jody embark on an adventure that forces them to visit their troubled pasts and reexamine their relationships with their parents.

Angga Dwimas SASONGKO
He directed and produced his first film Foto, Kotak dan Jendela in 2006. He had created hundred of Music Videos, dozens of TV commercial videos, and five feature films. Angga is the first youngest director who won Best Picture in Citra Award at Festival Film Indonesia 2015 for his film Lights from the East: I Am Maluku
