Synopsis

As Los Angeles slips into an AI-driven collapse, Nate, a lonely parking enforcement officer, is given twelve minutes to escape before he joins the rest of humanity in a worldwide assimilation event that may or may not turn everyone into fertilizer. Guided by MeMe, his surprisingly sentient virtual assistant, Nate scrambles through a chaotic evacuation filled with drones, burnt boiled eggs, unexpected dance music, and increasingly strange survival advice. Blending dark comedy, sci-fi satire, and emotional awkwardness, Please and Thank You explores technological dependence, human connection, and whether simple decency might be one of the last things worth saving.
