Synopsis

In a near future consumed by a severe energy crisis, human emotional energy has become a new source of electricity, illuminating a world swallowed by darkness. A lonely man becomes a test subject for a device that amplifies human emotion, immersing him in surreal worlds resembling the memories of cinema itself— silent films, musicals, and the visual culture of the 1980s. These visions are not only fragments of his own memories, but also memories of cinema cultivated throughout human history. As the boundary between reality and illusion begins to collapse, the film explores human emotion, the history of cinema, and creativity in the age of generative AI.
