Kyoung is looking after his wife Ryeon, who is paralyzed from a disease, when he hears of a cure at a medicinal herb shop; the secret is to eat human legs. He commits murder for her, and she does eat some leg parts. People believe that they sacrifice themselves for their loved ones, but it is often the case that the sacrifice is more to do with satisfaction of their own desires.
