Program Note
A man breaks into a high-end SUV parked in a regular neighborhood only to find himself trapped inside. Even more distressing, someone on the outside is controlling the vehicle and they seem to have a plan.

Who owns the power and incredible technological skills that trans fix a petty car thief? Why on earth does this happen? The fi lm pushes forward with these questions in the first half but loses potency in the second after the appearance of a character lecturing about social issues.
