Program Note

Stories about the late President ROH Moo-hyun and BAEK Moo-yun - a man who once lost a congressional election - are intersecting and touching each other. This documentary tells a story about two men that dreamed about living in a country where the people come first.

JEON Inhwan

Studied films at Seoul Institute of the Arts. He worked as an assistant director and stage manager for several films; therefore, he could build a broad career in the film industry. He directed Moo-hyun, Tale of Two Cities (2016), and in 2017 he added 35 minutes to the film creating Moo-hyun, Tale of Two Cities - Final Cut (2017).
