Xuan's reclamation project threatens the livelihood of the mermaids. Other mermaids send Shan to tempt Xuan and kill him, but they fall in love instead. Unfortunately, the mermaids are hunted by a hidden organization and Xuan has to save Shan.

Stephen CHOW
Born in 1962, he is a film director, actor and writer. His career started on TV, where he presented a children’s show on TVB and became popular. He received the Silver Raven Prize at the 2017 BIFFF for The Mermaid (2016).
