No city more closely resembles Caravaggio than Rome. A city of excess, of puritanism and debauchery, Rome embodied the dual nature of the accursed painter. It is within this city that we propose an imaginary journey to the heart of the artist’s work. A meandering path through which the characters and details of Caravaggio’s works are brought to life in a game of light and architecture.
