Program Note

Kyung-Min works as a bank cashier in Seoul and lives alone in a studio apartment. She begins to experience strange incidents and can’t shake the feeling that someone has been in her apartment. A thriller exploring the fears of living alone.

Program Note

A house that should be a place of safety becomes the opposite if somebody comes into my house while I am sleeping; it’s horrible just to think about, but the fear in reality is much worse. Based on a Spanish film, Door Lock is a psychological thriller blending social issues like stalking, irregular work and redevelopment, much like in Korea, which merge into horrors of a single woman living in a studio at.
