An actor turned director Syafiq Yusof, whose previously directed films continued success at box office, presents a fabulous action comedy sequel. ‘Fadil’ is misunderstood as ‘Tiger’ who is an infamous assassin wearing a mask, falls into the mafia world. Having no killing experience, he somehow decides to start a new life as Tiger which promises things like luxury condo unit, gorgeous car and weaponry. Through series of tensed incidents and action sequences, he manages to overcome various crisis. However he ultimately needs to prove his innocence clearing his name by looking for Tiger’s true identity. Yusof wrote the script as the previous film, but the two films are merely connected except having the same protagonist. The production cost was approximately 0.8m USD and the film scored approximately 4.5m USD in the box office, which recorded the highest grossing film in Malaysian cinema.
