Intern Mimi has to be on duty on the wedding day of her boyfriend Jung-hoon. Hearing about her story, Mimi’s co-worker Mr. Kim comes to her aid.

Program Note

Rooted in a Korean soap opera, this film parodies all kinds of B-movies and comics. With an overwhelming sense of parody and bold story development, the characters are strangely enjoyable. Based on The World is still Warm by Masatokki, The World of MiMi gave rise to Korean director ‘Edgar Wright’, perhaps. (CHANG Hyun-sang)
