Program Note
Set during the 1930s after the Japanese invasion of Manchuria, high school kids separate the area and fight day after day. When a beautiful teacher starts her new post at an all-boys high school Cheonghwa, things start to change.
Director
JIANG Zhuoyuan
Born in 1983, Jiang Zhuoyuan is a young Chinese director. He entered in the Central Academy of Drama in Beijing in 2002, majoring in Film and Television Directing. His debut feature, A Stupid Journey (2014), was released in 2014.
