CHIU Keng Guan
Chiu Keng Guan is a Malaysian film director with 20 years of experience in the TV and film industry. Chiu studied Film Directing at Beijing Film Academy, China in 1998. His debut film, Woohoo! (2009) won the Special Jury Award at the 2010 Malaysia Film Festival.
