Program Note
A boy who became an orphan at a young age becomes a professional Janggi player. After meeting three sisters, he has learned the meaning of family, friendship and love. Based on Honey and Clover, the film shows a new type of a family environment.
Director
OHTOMO Keishi
Born in 1966, Japan. After graduated from the Law Faculty of Keio University, he entered in NHK. In 1997, he went to Hollywood to learn script writing and film directing and went back to Japan. His movie Rurouni Kenshin (2012) was screened in the 2012 BIFF.
