Program Note
A head of a mysterious group called ‘Shinbunshi’, Gates who dons newspaper masks posts videos informing the public of their crimes against people they deem guilty but not punishable by law. Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department's cyber crime division attempts to track down Shinbunshi and put a stop to their crimes. However, the group gradually gains the support of the public with their videos.
